3. Conclusion of contract

 

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.

A contract is concluded when you submit an order and we confirm it by email.

 

4. Prices and shipping costs

 

All prices are final prices in euros (€) including VAT.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

 

5. Delivery

 

Delivery is worldwide via DHL. See shipping guidelines for delivery times.

 

6. Payment

 

Payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, G-Pay.

The charge will be made immediately after the order process is completed.

 

7. Retention of title

 

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

 

8. Right of withdrawal

 

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. See the refund policy for details.

 

9. Warranty

 

The statutory warranty rights apply.

 

10. Liability

 

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
