3. Conclusion of contract

 

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

A contract is formed when you submit an order and we confirm it by email.

 

4. Prices and shipping costs

 

All prices are final prices in euros (€) including statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

 

5th delivery

 

We ship worldwide via DHL. See our shipping policy for delivery times.

 

6. Payment

 

Payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, G-Pay.

The charge will be processed immediately after the order process is completed.

 

7. Retention of title

 

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

 

8. Right of withdrawal

 

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. See refund policy for details.

 

9. Warranty

 

The statutory warranty rights apply.

 

10. Liability

 

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
