Refund Policy

As of October 2025

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

to declare the revocation.

You can then return the goods to our business address (Berlin).

3. Return costs

The customer bears the return costs if there is no product defect.

We will cover the costs of defective or incorrectly delivered items.

4. Repayment

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be made via the original payment method used (PayPal, Klarna, G-Pay) within 7-14 days.

5. Exclusion of revocation

There is no right of withdrawal for individually manufactured or personalized products.
