Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day you received the goods.

 

2. Exercising the right of revocation

 

Send us an email to info@wallamadeira.com

, in order to declare the revocation.

You can then return the goods to our business address (Berlin).

 

3. Return shipping costs

 

The customer bears the return shipping costs if there is no product defect.

 

We will bear the costs for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

 

4. Repayment

 

After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed via the originally used payment method (PayPal, Klarna, G-Pay) within 7–14 days.

 

5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

 

There is no right of withdrawal for individually manufactured or personalized products.
